Update To Payment Website
And New Mobile App

Bedford Rural Electric Cooperative would like to welcome our on-line users to SmartHub, the latest version of our electronic bill presentation and payment program.  SmartHub continues to be a secure, state-of-the-art technology, providing a safe and convenient way to receive and pay your bill on line!
The features of SmartHub remain consistent with the options that were provided in E-Bill, adding a few new features, including a mobile application, to enhance the overall product, along with a new feel and look.
Existing E-Bill users will not need to re-register and will be automatically migrated to SmartHub.  Your current username and password will remain the same.  Whether you’re an existing user or signing up for the first time, you will be notified every month by e-mail that your bill is available to be viewed and paid on line.  A link will be provided to take you directly to our website where you can quickly login and view your billing history, analyze your consumption, and ultimately select your method of payment; using electronic check or VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card.
The mobile application is our newest feature and can be downloaded and installed on your compatible mobile phone or tablet device.  Simply search for SmartHub in the Apple Store® or in the Android® Play Store.  Once the application is downloaded, you can search by location or name (we are listed as Bedford Rural Electric) and immediately login using your user name and password.  You can view your billing history, download your bill and analyze your consumption with an illustrated graph - the same features available in the web version.  Best of all, the mobile application is free to download and install!
Similar to the web version, the mobile application is safe and secure.  All critical information is encrypted in every transaction and no personal information is stored on your mobile device.  Mobile applications do offer you the ability to store login information for the applications installed on your device.  So remember, if you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device may be able to access your account.
As a final option of the SmartHub presentation, members can pay their bill on line quickly without actually registering for the full features of a SmartHub account.
The SmartHub “PayNow” option allows access to your account by using your billing account number and last name of your primary account holder.  Logging in using this option will allow you to see only your balance due and to make a payment.  If you wish to view your bill on-line and analyze your consumption, you must register for SmartHub.
Please remember that SmartHub is an electronic bill presentation and payment program.  As a registered SmartHub user, you will no longer receive a paper bill.
